Our 7-Step Process

1. Fill Out The Contact Form

  • Please tell us about your project.
  • Provide photos or videos of your space and inspiration projects.

2. Phone Consultation

  • We review your contact form with your photos or videos and calculate your estimate using our computerized program. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so our estimates are pretty accurate. 
  • If we both think we’re a good fit, we move forward.

3. In-Home Consultation And Proposal

  • This consultation is our opportunity to examine the space for your project and confirm our numbers.
  • We provide you with a written proposal including approximate start and completion dates, our licenses and insurance certificates, and references.
  • There is a consultation fee, which is waived and credited to your deposit if you decide to work with us.

4. Design Phase

  • You select your products and fixtures.
  • We have designers and remodeling experts who are here to help. We partner with some of the best designers, vendors, suppliers, and industry leaders on Long Island. We will roll out the red carpet and treat you right.

5. Schedule Start Date And Review Timeline

  • We’ll create a production schedule with your start date, project duration, and when you can enjoy your new dream space. 
  • You will hear from us frequently up to your start date, and a confirmation will be sent a few days before your project is scheduled to begin.

6: Expectation Setting And Start Project

  • We discuss what to expect during your project. 
  • Your project starts coming to life!

7. Final Inspection Walkthrough

  • We’ll go over your project with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every detail.

Follow Up

We take extra steps to make sure you’re happy, and we’ll follow up 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after your job is done.

Warranty

We’re still here to care for you even after completing your project. We offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on everything within our control and covered in your contract. You also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials.
